Maria does!  Throughout the project, Maria kept me and my husband informed through email, phone and text and always replied promptly.  Project completion was delayed on my end because my granite guy was slow and made mistakes, but Maria was patient with me and with rescheduling final inspections.  If she was annoyed about the delay, she sure didn't show it.  She even helped me when I COULD NOT PICK a paint color.
