Carpentry and project management services for the tenant improvement for a 4000 SF retail space at Lyons Plaza, Newark, NJ.  Carpentry services included laminating existing masonry walls with new GWB, spackle make ready for paint and installation of new 2x4 suspended acoustical ceiling grid and lay in ceiling tiles.  Construction management services including coordination with owner, subcontractors, obtaining permits and coordination of all inspections; bid review, contract adminstration, budget review, projcet scheduling, daily site supervision.
